The objective of this course is to provide an overview of all the major aspects of organization and management, to shed light on the connections between the demands of society and the responses of the market.
After completion of this course the student shall be able to:
• Explain the complex interplay between stakeholders in general

• Analyze complex, concrete and specific decision making problems

A written individual examination (5 hours) will cover 60 percent of the grade.

The written group assignment, including final oral presentation, will cover 40 percent of the grade.
