Here are the rules and regulations concerning exam at VUC.

Deadlines to request to know the grounds for marks received

For oral examinations or assessments of practical skills, a request for such an explanation must be made immediately on notification of the mark. For other examinations, requests must be submitted within one week of the results being announced.

The explanation will normally be given within two weeks of the candidate’s request

This form has to be submitted in order to be able to document that the students has received information on the ground for the marks received.

Deadlines for appeals or complaints

Appeals concerning marks must be submitted in writing within three weeks of the announcement of the results. If the candidate has submitted a request for an explanation, the three-week deadline commences on the date the explanation was requested.

A candidate who has taken an examination may complain of procedural errors that may have had significance for the assessment of one or more examples of the candidate’s performance. Such complaints, with accompanying grounds, must be submitted within three weeks of the date when the candidate became or should have become aware of the circumstances on which the complaint is based.
