Bolometers is expected to play an important role for thermal imaging in volume applications.
The presentation focuses the background behind the process of taking micro bolometer arrays into mass production and emphasizes the basic ideas of why and when to use MEMS and particularly comments the Sensonor business philosophy and enlightens how successfully to address organization, methods and applied tools.
The Sensonor bolometer solution is addressed in some detail.
