 Program:

09:00 – 09:30 Information folders and name tags

09:30 – 09:50    Welcome by Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Anne Fængsrud

 09:50 - 10:30    Presentation of student services and activities available for international students.

 10:30 - 10:50    Presentation of the International Relations Office and Admissions. Introduction to the International Coordinators and student buddies

 10:50 - 11:00    Coffee break – signing of Erasmus and ISEP forms  

 11:00 - 11:35    Orientation about culture, food, social interaction, academic culture

 11:35 - 11:50    Information from and introduction to the Student Welfare Organization (SIV)   

 11:50- 12:30     Instructions about the immigration procedures at the police station.

Instruction about banks, grocery stores, bicycle rental and public transportation  

 12:30 – 13:15    Lunch at Student Cafeteria  

 13:15 - 15:30    Room C2-121 – in-logging and ID cards with student buddies

Dinner in the evening – Café Amfi, Bakkenteigen
