Sports and Health Studies at Vestfold University College

Whether as participants or spectators, sports are activities that engage many. Do you like physical activity? If so, turn your interest into competence. Studying sport and nutrition together promotes health awareness.
Sport
Our year course in sport sciences is a popular choice. It provides you with practical, methodological and theoretical insights. You will also gain knowledge about exercise and sports as practiced in school teams.
Food and Health
Our course in food and health combines cultural heritage, craft and experience, drawing on competence from relevant fields of research.
Courses we offer in Sport and Food and Health:
- Sport, year course: 60 ECTS credits
- Food and Health I: 30 ECTS credits
- Food and Health II: 30 ECTS credits
- Food and Health, year course: 60 ECTS credits
