Teacher education provides you with possibilities and comprises a large field of activity. We educate the academically strong teacher with competence in leadership and social skills. You will have the possibility in this teacher education to choose subjects you like from a wide range of electives and thereby elevate your competence within subject areas you are especially interested in. Our offerings of vocational studies/units are rich and varied.
Teacher in Primary and Lower Secondary Schools or Continued Education?
Traditional teacher education or specialization? We have a variety of possibilities you can choose between. Traditional teacher education with the entire elementary and junior high school as your field of activity, or a more specialized teacher education with focus on either elementary school or high school/continued education. All of this will give you competence as a qualified teacher.
Work Experience in the Teacher Education Program
You will receive work experience in the course of your studies. Work experience provides you with knowledge of teaching at the level you are being educated for.
Your Choice
Some students choose to start their teacher education by taking only specific units in the subject area of the teacher education program. If you are uncertain whether teacher education is something for you, then this is a great way to get started. We offer many subject units.
