Class Schedules and Room Availability

Class Schedules 

• You will find your class schedule here.

You will find class schedules for each week as well as the availability of all the rooms for each day. The class schedules for Fall semester are ready on the 15th of June. The schedules for spring semester are ready on the 15th of December.

Availability of Rooms

The classes are mostly scheduled between 8:15 am to 5:20 pm. On Thursdays there is a two -hour block from noon to 1:40 pm during which there should not be any scheduled classes.

To Book a Room

The staff members can reserve both classrooms and study rooms by sending an e-mail to romsentral@hive.no

Students can only reserve study rooms for meeting activity by sending an e-mail to romsentral@hive.no. It is not possible to book classrooms for any other purpose than exams.  If there is a special occasion that warrants booking of a classroom, it should be done by a staff member for the students. Three or more students may book study rooms by signing on the sheet posted on each study room.  If the study room is not occupied after 15 minutes within the reserved time, the booking is not valid.
